Candidate will prepare and distribute Government invoice documents on a monthly basis for various types of contracts utilizing Excel and Word documents. Candidate will ensure customer’s billing accounts are set up correctly and billed according to the requirements of the contract.
Job Requirements/skill sets:
- Two years Billing experience preferred but not required
- Strong Data Entry skills required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Office programs required
- Drug screening and background check is required before hiring
High School Diploma required
