Job Description: This position will serve as the QED Navy Carrier Readiness Call Coordinator for a U.S. Navy contract. The QED Navy Carrier Readiness Call Coordinator will collaborate with CNAL leadership and external stakeholder leadership to analyze maintenance and operational data to develop trends, provide administrative review of policies and requirements, maintain calendars and schedules, and serve as coordinator between ROC manager and subject matter experts.
Job Requirements/skill sets:
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft products; specifically fluent experience creating reports on Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and translating information into dashboard summaries, managing Microsoft Teams accounts, and managing Outlook calendar meetings for collaboration of all stakeholders.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience collecting, reviewing and analyzing historical and current maintenance data along with logistics needs from aircraft carrier CSMPs, CASREPs, INSURV, OARS, MFOM, DRRS=N, NDE, in-house data bases, inspection reports, visit reports and other data sources as required in order to develop statistical, graphical and text analysis of equipment reliability, maintenance trends and operational readiness.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience utilizing and having comprehensive working knowledge of Navy Maintenance Data bases, i.e., OMMS-NG, VSB, MFOM, OARS, NDE, CDMD-OA, data retrieval systems and analytical software tools.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in assisting and or coordinating inspection, certification and assist visit events; with a comprehensive knowledge of operational readiness of aircraft carrier equipment and systems’ maintenance plans and programs.
- Experience providing oversight for the creation, processing and transmission of maintenance data, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of coordinator operations including call routing and management technologies (web, chat, email, social media, sms/text, mobile, fax, phone and mail), summarizing the events from the previous week into executive summaries and monthly reports.
Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required and a SECRET Clearance required. Must be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
